Is there a fee to cancel my order?
If you cancel before shipping for a change of mind, there’s a $3.50 fee deducted from your refund.
How can I check my order status?
You’ll get an email with tracking details once your order ships. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking to update. Didn’t get an email? Double-check the email address you used.
What if my package is undeliverable or returned?
Make sure your address is complete and correct. If it’s returned, you’ll need to pay an $8-$20 reshipment fee (depend on your region) and provide a new address.
